8.6. Star map + Jumping + proper fire arcs

The main and most important change is that the name of the project has changed.
“Sigma” was a joke, but not everyone understood it, and of those who did, not everyone was amused by it. So we are now Delta, Delta Strike.
1.
There is a 20-25 star sector. The position of stars and their details (names, available stores, etc.) is random. Four random factions appear in the sector and start conquering it, starting with the nearest stars.
Contracts appear in these battlegrounds. Each war has a counter that decreases or increases each turn.
According to its outcome, one side or the other wins. The player, by completing the contracts, helps one of the sides to win. (not yet implemented, the results of the player's battles do not affect the course of the war)
2.
Mechs can now jump (those equipped with jumpjets).
Jump distance is indicated by a blue circle.
3.
Vehicles can now have a 360 firing arc (they could before, but now it's shown in the interface).
Mechs, on the contrary, have a bug fixed, when AI could shoot backwards in some cases.
