8.3. Status icons + two new biomes + two special conditions

Instead of annoying ugly status stripes, we now have new shiny icons showing mech status: cold, has woods cover, stands behind cover, no line of sight (indirect fire possible).

Two new biomes - coastal and vulcanic

And two new special conditions - freezing cold and spreading fires.
