Quick fixes for annoying bugs.
- Fixed a blocker in tutorial combat mission 03 (Starport attack)
- Fixed a bug where salvaged mechs could not be added to your company after combat
- Added "enemy turn" indicator to the HUD
- Added sounds to most interface buttons.
