v.0.11.1 minor fixes and improvements

- fixed bug with lakes not spawning on the desert maps

- fixed bug with hints for some missions not showing on the "Drop to mission" screen

- factions now generate mechs from correct faction lists (i.e. Houses do not have access to Clan mechs)

- player now does not have access to cheap heavy and assault mechs when starting a custom career

- returned weather (rain and snow) to some biomes

- interactive areas (reach, scan) are now brighter and visible against the foliage.

- the size of enemies in the cover shooter segment in the prologue has been fixed.
